Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order, it must be done before shipment. After shipment, no cancellation queries will be entertained. Customers can edit or cancel their orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once an order is marked as fulfilled/dispatched, no changes can be made to the order. Customers must log in to their account to cancel or edit an order. Refunds for cash payments will be made by NEFT only to the registered customer's name. For credit/debit card or online payments, the amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
Returns Policy:
Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the case of damaged/defective/incorrect products received. Customers must notify us within 48 hours and provide a snapshot at customercare@vardhman.com. We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. Once we validate your return, we will send you a return authorization mail, and at the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail. Online refunds and COD refunds will be done within 14 working days. No return/exchange is accepted in the case of shade variation as the product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings. Products that are on offer are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds. Returned items must be unused and unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no amount will be reimbursed in this case. In the case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Vardhman Spinning & General Mills (A unit of Vardhman Textiles Limited), Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana - 141010.
Cancellation and Refund Communication:
The company will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
